Jalandhar, March 19, 2014: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, a premier institution of women education immensely proud to announce the excellent performance of its meritorious students in university Exams. M.Sc Physics Semester-I students bagged 6 positions in GNDU merit list. Sandeep Kaur stood 3rd in university by getting 473/600 marks, Harpreet Kaur 6th position and 468/600 marks, Shalini and Shivani shared 8th position and secured 463/600 marks, Prapti got 9th position with 452/600 marks and Amandeep Kaur stood 10th with 450/600 marks in university merit list. Along with this the students of Journalism and Mass Communication department of KMV made the college proud by securing positions in GNDU merit list. Navdeep Kaur student of BA-JMC IIIrd semester bagged 4th position in university by securing 358/550 marks while Anchal Bedi of same class stood 8th with 351/550 marks. It is noticeable that these two students had bagged university merit positions in previous semesters also. Principal Dr Atima Sharma congratulated the students for their continuous success saga and praised the faculty of the both departments for their skilled guidance.
