Jalandhar, March 20, 2014: MGN Public School, Jalandhar City hosted a competition regarding “Indian Centre For Wildlife and Environment studies in South Asia Region".
The basic purpose behind the programme was ‘Save Earth’ – Conservation & Preservation of Wild life i.e. What all efforts are being put up and what else can be done to save animals from being brutally killed for one or other reason. Number of students from different Schools and regions participated in the competition.
Harnoor Dhingra, student of class IX, MGN Public School, secured 85% marks and brought laurel to the school by achieving first position. He was honoured with ‘Gold Medal’ as he stood first in the said competition (Paryavarna Ratna Swarn Padak) for position in the country.
Officiating Principal, Brinder Badwal congratulated – Harnoor Dhingra and his parents for success and achievement. She blessed him for the marvelous performance and great efforts.
