Rich tributes to Khushwant Singh from KMV fraternity

Jalandhar, March 21, 2014: Celebrated author and journalist Khushwant Singh, known for his humour, abiding love of poetry and zest for life was paid rich tributes by the KMV fraternity on his and demise today.
Silence of two minutes was observed to pray for the departed soul. Only little careless with his appearance but otherwise tremendously disciplined in his writings, daily schedules and meeting deadlines, all at KMV felt that he had left a rich legacy of creativity to be followed, and the world had a lot to learn from his life and works.
Principal Dr Atima Sharma commented that the man who always played with words till the very end carried his scholarship lightly and made it his habit to satirize the pompous with wit would always be missed by the readers and all those who were directly or indirectly related to India’s literary history.
