Mother’s Day celebrations taking place at Apeejay School, Jalandhar on Monday.

Jalandhar, May 12, 2014: Mother’s Day was celebrated with great zest ‘n’ zeal at Apeejay School, Jalandhar.
The programme commenced with lighting of Lamp by Principal and Guests of Honors - Dr. (Major) Chetna Mohan, M.D Aura Beauty Lounge and Dr Dimple Sharma, gynaecologist, Goodwill Hospital. Mother of students of the school participated actively in the various games held for them. Students of the school presented a dance performance and an enactment on the occasion. There was a presentation on Nutritious Tiffin for the mothers.
Dr. Dimple, thereafter, gave tips to mothers on how to take care of their health once they are 30 years old and later after the age of 40.
Dr. Chetna gave a Lecture cum Presentation on skin & Dental care.
Parents were greatly impressed with the knowledge and information provided to them. They pledged to take care of themselves as guided by the doctors inspite of their busy schedule.
Principal Madhu Sharma thanked the guests and the invited mothers for making the occasion a success.
