Ludhiana, May 15, 2014: Dr Sandhya Mehta, Deputy Director, Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology, Ludhana has been selected as a member in the International Advisory Council by International Forum of Management Scholars. The others members of the council comprise scholars from various international universities namely Sam Houston State University, USA; Lemoyne College, US, Zayed University, UAE;L S E, UK; Villanova University, USA; University of Portsmouth, UK; Peperdine University, USA;Willamette University, United States; Mexico State University, USA ;UTS Management, Australia; Morgan State University, USA; Chang Jung Christian University, Taiwan ; Iwate Prefectural University, Japan .She is one amongst the seven other members selected from premium Indian institutes including two IIMs.
Earlier Dr Mehta had presented two research papers in an International Conference on Technology and Business Management (ICTBM-14) jointly organized by American University in the Emirates and International Forum of Management Scholars (INFOMS). The conference was also supported by AIMS International. She had also been invited to chair a technical session in the international conference.
