Ludhiana, June 17, 2014: Pallavi Verma Student of BCA 2013 batch of PCTE stood First in University in PTU Examinations. She scored 91.57% marks whereas Ayush Kapoor from GNIMT Ludhiana stood second with 88.57% and Simarpreet Kaur Walia from CKDIMT Amritsar stood third with 87% marks in University Examinations. Apart from First position, Bakhsish Singh Dhillon Student of PCTE bagged Fifth position with 86.14% marks in University.
Pallavi Verma said that, “I am grateful to God, my parents and my teachers at PCTE to support me achieve such success. Achieving top university position requires a lot of hard work and concentration. In addition Bakhshish Singh, student PCTE when asked about his success said “I am happy with my performance this semester but I still have a long way to go.”
Associate Prof. Kapil Parashar, Head of IT Department, PCTE said that, “Pallavi Verma was determined to secure university position. He said that BCA students of PCTE have performed exceptionally well in University Examination”. He further said that “We are always focused to provide positive study environment to IT students with practical orientation by guest lectures and regular Industrial visits”
Dr. K.N.S.Kang Director General PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the students and stresses on handwork and dedication for students to succeed in future. He said that so far PCTE students have performed exceptionally well in University examinations. He said that this achievement of the student will help them in professional and personal life.
