Jalandhar, July 2, 2014: The long pending demand of the students to have CT Institute of Technology and Research at Maqsudan Campus has come true. CT Group of Institutions has got the affiliation from Punjab Technical University (PTU) to start up this institute with B.Tech (CSE) and B.Tech (ME) w.e.f the academic session 2014-15.
CT Institute of Technology and Research has set up with 60 seats each for B.Tech in ME and CSE. This is the third college of CT Group of Institutions for research purposes. Earlier this college has M.tech (CSE/ECE).
However, CT Group of Institutions has been serving to would be engineers from CTIEMT and CTIT at Shahpur Campus. At this campus, there are ample of courses for the engineering students including M.Tech (ECE/ CSE/ ME/ CIVIL), B.Tech (ECE/ CSE/ ME/EE/IT/ CIVIL/EEE/AUE/ ELCE) and Polytechnic Diploma regular (EE/CE/ME/EE/AUE/CIVIL/IT/MLT) and partime (AUE/EE).
Expressing ecstasy over the establishment of new college for engineering students at Maqsudan Campus, Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT Group of Institutions said, “We have been receiving regular demand from the students for starting engineering courses here at Maqsudan Campus, which has come true. We are ready to provide our best of the services to our students in our new opened CT Institute of Technology and Research.”
