Jalandhar, July 7, 2014: With the onset of new academic session, the orientation of TDC I (all streams) was held in the Ragini Auditorium of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. The new entrants flocked to the college campus in high spirits and full enthusiasm. The orientation of the students started with ‘Saraswati Vandana’ presented by Music Department of the college.
Officiating Principal Renuka Bhatti welcomed the students and encouraged them to show good performance in the coming session. During the orientation, many teachers interacted with students and gave their best wishes for the new session. First of all, Dr.JasbirRishi told them about the importance of moral values in life and also guided them regarding leave rules and eligibility conditions. Dr. Anjana Bhatia gave them relevant information about Add-on-courses. Dr. Rajiv Sharma, Neety Sood, Kuljeet Kaur and Gullagong provided information regarding NCC, Discipline, NSS and Placements respectively. Meenakshi Syal and Mamta provided important information regarding general academics and examinations respectively. The stage was conducted by Dr. Anjana Bhatia and Dr. Jasbir Rishi.
