Chandigarh, July 13, 2014: Chandigarh Judicial Academy (CJA) has initiated the process to fill the post of Director (Academics) from the distinguished academicians having teaching experience of at least 15 years and as professor of law for not less than 3 years for consideration of board of governors of the academy.
A spokesman said that CJA has been established by Punjab and Haryana High Court to organise and impart induction training to the newly recruited judicial officers and also to devise/organise refreshers courses/training programmes/ advance courses/workshops/conferences/seminars in order to provide continuing judicial education and training to in-service judicial officers. He said that the tenure of the Director (Academics) would be of 3 years. Interested individuals can apply giving detailed CV along with a brief note of his/her vision statement on the standards of judicial education.
