Jalandhar, August 30, 2014: Independent Jalandhar Schools Sahodaya Complex Inter-School Science-Maths Quiz was held at Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar under the stewardship of Principal Madhu Sharma. A total of 39 schools with 117 students took part in the quiz that started with the Screening Round for all. The finalised four schools teams after the Screening Round were named Aryabhata, Darwin, Einstein and newton. There were a total of six rounds beginning with the General Round followed by Visual Round, Space Round, Discoveries and Inventions, Identification Round and the last and final round the Rapid fire. The Quiz Masters for the quiz were Manpreet Bhogal and Pooja Patial.
The whole Quiz created a lot of exhibition, enthusiasm, thrill and zeal among all present in the auditorium.
(Team Einstein) Army Public School, Jalandhar Cantt won the Quiz competition.
(Team Darwin) Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg, Jalandhar stood second.
(Team Newton) Swami Sant Dass Public School, Jalandhar stood third.
Principal Madhu Sharma congratulated the winners on their success. She also congratulated the science and Maths faculty of the school for putting up a grand show.
