Jalandhar, September 7, 2013: It was a day of fun and frolic for the students of department of management at CT Institute of Management & IT, Maqsudan Campus as they organised ‘Rendezvous 2013’- a fresher’s party to accord a cordial welcome to all the new faces. Apart from fashion modelling rounds of new MBA and BBA student, the event witnessed electrifying performances by the students in a jam- packed hall. Musical, singing and dance, performances of the students made the whole environment loving and thrilling.
The party was aired in the name of the Almighty and followed by the welcome Speech. The enthusiasm was clearly seen on the faces of the students and teachers. Walking on the ramp was the main attraction of the event which was applauded by all.
The eye-catching act was Mr & Miss Fresher Contest, where the freshers walked the ramp gracefully. Not only students, but the anchors also showed their talent on the stage. Bimal, Irfan, Sameer and Arvind constituted the anchoring team and added the flavour of humour with their one liners.
The foreign students who are studying at CT Group of Institutions shared that they are being directed towards the right destination at CT Group of Institutions. They expressed delight at learning cultural values under the guidance of the expert teachers & colleagues.

Gurpreet Kaur of MBA I and Tapasya were awarded the title of Ms. Charming whilst Mr. Handsome were taken away by Touseef of MBA I and Abhi Thakur of BBA I.
Parminder Kaur, Co-chairperson, CT Group of Institutions was the chief guest on the occasion. While awarding the students, she advised the students to amalgamate their creative skills in their respective professions so that they are able to compete in the era of globalization with a positive spirit. Such parties are not only like just another day, but remain in our memories throughout life, she added. As the students are from various social and cultural backgrounds, such parties strengthen their resolve to live and enjoy life with a sense of togetherness, she said further.
Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT Group of Institutions gave his blessings to the students and wished them good luck. He also added that this is the great way to break the ice between the juniors and seniors so that they can feel completely at home with their seniors. Furthermore, he aassured the students that their professional journey with their seniors at CT Group of Institutions would be a bliss.
The curtain of the function was let down by dance and music. On the note of music, students danced in a hilarious mood and rocked the stage. Everyone was witnessed having fun. Obviously, it was a memorable event for the all the students of the institute.
