Jalandhar, September 11, 2013: ‘The First Footer’ Party which was arranged on Tuesday in Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya Hostel for the fresh faces who have just put forward their steps in the institution.
This gala time was arranged by the boarders of our hostel which was successfully ended in the presence of Principal Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj as the Chief Guest. The charm and essence of the night increased when all the new students dressed up in their best to grab the title of ‘Miss Fresher’.
The night was full package of entertainment of different dance performances, solo dance, Bhangra, Giddha and slide show on ‘Women Empowerment’. For keen observation to choose Miss Fresher Jaspreet, Payal and Richa Arora played the role of Judges on the occasion. Ramanpreet of SSC I declared as Miss Fresher and Principal Dr. Bhardwaj crowned her.
The function was concluded with the golden words of the Principal. She inspired the students to think positive, do positive and be positive. On this occasion, Chief Warden C.K. Bhatia and hostel staff were present.
