
The Ambassador of The Democratic Republic of Congo to India, Francois Balumuene visits PCTE Group at Ludhiana on Wednesday.
Ludhiana, December 4, 2013: PCTE Group of Institutes witnesses yet another Ambassador visit at campus, when the Ambassador of The Democratic Republic of Congo to India, Francois Balumuene came to visit PCTE Group for co-operation and avenues in higher education.
The Ambassador visited the campus and said he was very happy to see the state of the art equipment, laboratories, modern outlook, huge number of foreign students and faculty already at the campus, and the entire experience was very welcoming. On the visit Ambassador met the students from Democratic Republic of Congo and was happy to hear about their learning experience at PCTE.
Dr. K N S Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes said that though the students are from an officially French Speaking nation, PCTE is organising special courses both in English and Hindi for these students to a bridge the gap.
Dr. Kang said this endeavour and visit marked a new chapter in Education between the state of Punjab and Democratic Republic of Congo.
