MGN Public School, Jalandhar on Monday celebrates its 40th foundation day.

Jalandhar, January 27, 2014: MGN Public School celebrates its 40th foundation day. Sehaj Path was kept in school earlier of which today, there was Bhog of Sehaj Path followed by Kirtan and Ardaas. This was attended by Jarnail Singh Pasricha, Secretary of MGN Educational Trust, Manjit Kaur Pasricha, Satwant Gakhal, Director of MGN Public Schools, Brinder Kaur, Officiating Principal, along with staff and students.
There was a special assembly in the main school ground where every member of school gathered. There was speech delivered by Harmeet Kaur and Gurikam Kaur of Class IX. They enlightened the students about the history and achievements of the School. Cultural programme was also organised in which Jai Mahajan of class U.K.G. performed a Solo Dance. Primary wing students performed a group dance. Rattanjot Singh of class X sung a song followed by dance performance by Prabhjot Singh of class VI. Number of other students from various classes Prabh Randhawa from class X, Manraj and Manveer twins from Class II-B, Manjinder Singh from class XI, Japnoor Kaur from UKG etc. showed their excellent performance. Students had a great excitement and fun. They really enjoyed the function. Students were distributed sweets which were relished by them.
