Mother’s Day celebrations taking place at DIPS pre wing Suranussi.

Jalandhar, May 13, 2014: To acknowledge passionate work and endless efforts of a mother towards her children, DIPS Pre-wing, Suranussi celebrated Mother’s Day with the motto ‘Maa Tujhe Salaam’.
Mothers of the tiny toddlers participated in this celebration cum mother’s workshop with full enthusiasm.
Principal Mukta Bahl welcomed the proud mothers and apprised them of the rules and regulations of the school. She also cautioned them against some Dos and Don’ts for the safety and security of their loved ones. It was quite encouraging to see the mothers acting and singing rhymes and participating in various games. They also learnt how to teach stories with actions to their children.
Teachers Ekta and Yashasvi performed in an excellent way to guide the mothers. Various educational and recreational techniques were also taught to guide the mothers how to help their kids in doing home task. To add colour to the celebrations, Musical chair race and Tambola sessions were held.
Hardworking mothers participated with enthusiasm and enjoyed themselves. Winners of Musical chair race were Rajdawinder and Rachna(pre –nursery), Madhvi and Monita(Nursery) and Geeta , Anita and Inderpreetfor K.G.Class. Tambola sessions were also enjoyed by all for which the winning mothers were Pooja, Neeta, Gurpreet, Madhuri and Lucky (Nur and Pre- Nur) and Pardeep Santosh , Cherry, Pushpinder and Gurpreet.
Principal Mukta Bahl congratulated all mothers and presented gifts and Mother’s day cards. Prizes were also given for different categories in punctuality, confidence, spontaneity and awareness. She also applauded the efforts of the staff.
