Jalandhar, August 8, 2014: Cambridge International School, Jalandhar organised a Rakhi & Bracelet Making activity on Friday, keeping in mind the feeling that where there is charity and wisdom, there is neither fear nor ignorance.
Exhibition cum sale was held wherein beautiful and colourful rakhies and bracelets were made by girls and boys respectively of Grade – Five to Eight and were displayed for sale. The accumulated money was further given as charity. Students took an active participation in this overall activity as it not only gave vent to their aesthetic sense and creativity but also aroused the feeling of empathy in them.
Chairman Ajay Bhatia, Deputy Chairman Deepak Bhatia, Director Learning Wings J.K.Kohli, Nitin Kohli, Academic Director Deepa Dogra and Principal Kiranjoth Dhillon congratulated the children and Art Department for all the creativity and marvelous efforts made by them for a noble cause.
