Students participate in mehndi competition organised by DIPS College of Education, Dhilwan on Friday.
Kapurthala / Jalandhar, October 10, 2014: DIPS College of Education, Dhilwan (Kapurthala) organised mehndi competition in which college students participated enthusiastically. Prof Shalu Saini and Hema played key role in organising the event.
The college principal Dr Kewal Kohli honored the students who bagged first, second and third rank in the competition.
