The students of Dev Samaj College for Women, Feorzepur has once again added another feather by winning Gold Medal in Circle Style Inter-College Kabaddi Tournament.
Ferozpeur, February 19, 2013: The students of Dev Samaj College for Women, Feorzepur has once again added another feather by winning Gold Medal in Circle Style Inter-College Kabaddi Tournament.
All the players, Coach Palwinder Singh Pali, Lecturer Kamaljit Kaur and Supinder Kaur, were given a warm welcome by Dr.Madhu Prashar, Principal and staff members.
Dr. Madhu Prashar said, Dev Samaj College for Women gives due importance to sports activities and such achievements encourage the other students to participate in the sports events. She also thanked the Coach and Lecturers for this achievement which could not have been possible without their sincere efforts.
Palwinder Singh Pali, Coach and Head, Department of Physical Education said, the sports are an integral part of students life and each student must participate in sports activities. He particularly appreciated Prabhsharan Kaur, Gurmit Kaur and Mandeep Kaur players.
On this occasion, Balwant Singh, District Sports Officer, Naveen Kumar, Amarjit Singh, Ranjit Singh and Gurmit Singh were present.
