The fourth day of INSPIRE being held in Kanya Maha Vidyalaya commenced with a session in which an eminent resource person, Dr. Rajwant, Department of Geology, University of Jammu, Jammu elucidated the concept of formation of new oceans during her talk on “Let’s look at our Home”. She also explained at length different situations caused by natural phenomenon present in earth’s crust in different regions like Himalayas, Alps, Marina Trench, Andes, San Andreas etc. This was a highly interactive session followed by a trip to Pushpa Gujral Science City in which 227 campers were familiarised with amazing facts and features in different branches of Science through innumerable exhibits. In the evening, Dr. Neha Sharma, KMV, during her talk focused on Stress Management and various strategies for improving inter-personal relationships in modern stressful life-style.
